Constable's Expository (Bible Study) Notes
These Bible Study Notes, written by Dr. Thomas L. Constable (click here to read Dr. Constable's Introduction to the Notes) over a 25-year period, provide commentary on all 66 books of the Bible, and hold about 7,000 pages of material. Dr. Constable's Notes, also known as expository notes to Dr. Constable's seminary students, are intended to help you to better understand the Bible.
This online version of Dr. Constable's Notes is available to anyone with Internet access. The latest editions of all 66 books, accessed below on links to their .pdf files, can be used for reading, studying, writing papers, quoting, teaching a class or Bible study, etc. They may not be used for commercial purposes (see Copyright Policy below).

Troubleshooting: Sometimes when many people are accessing (downloading) the same book(s) at the same time, internet traffic congestion can occur, resulting in a book only partially downloading. This can corrupt the temporary internet files on your hard drive, which perpetuates the downloading problem on those book(s) until corrected. To fix this: In your browser, under Tools / Internet Options, delete the "Temporary Internet Files" & "History". To reset your explorer settings to the default settings, go under Tools / Internet Options / Advanced, and click Reset. Sometimes a different internet browser works better, like Mozilla Firefox, which is a free downloadable at: Mozilla Firefox. If the problem keeps recurring, you can: Save the book(s) to your hard drive and use that copy as an alternative for that book or books. (Right-click on the book name, left-click Save Target As, choose filename & folder on your PC.)
Note: Dr. Constable's Notes generally follow the NASB (New American Standard Bible). If you do not have a Bible, you can refer to one of the many good Bible translations available online. For example, to access the NASB or HCSB Bible, go to the Lifeway Solutions webpage (Lifeway Solutions), then click on the translation of your choice in the list on the left.
Printed Edition: The first two volumes of Dr. Constable's (Expository) Notes are available in print.

Spanish Version of Constable's Notes: Dr. Constable's notes are being translated into the Spanish language. Click here for the Spanish version. This is an all-volunteer project and a work in progress; many books have yet to be translated, but are being added as they get translated. Please pray that qualified volunteer translators would become available for this work.
